On our way to Cappadocia the other weekend for the Women's Conference we stopped at the Salt Lake. I've driven by this several times and decided this was our chance to stop, having a car and all. It looks like there is water, but in fact in is just salt. There is just a little water, the look of water is the salt reflecting from the sun.I tasted it of course, couldn't resist. It looks like kosher salt. It was very salty. :) The whole thing was very cool. You can walk out onto the "lake".
