Kristina gave a me a great idea several years ago. She did a "Meeting of the Minds" with her students when she taught World War II. I have adopted this in my lesson plans each year since I've been at Oasis. My 7th graders got to dress up and become characters for World War II. Pictured left are Benjamin O. Davis (amazing African-American pilot) and Adolf Hitler. They did such a great job. I was very impressed with their presentations and the way they were able to answer questions in character.
