There are lots of really good breads that I enjoy in Turkey. The most common bread is what we affectionately call "bunny bread." As you can see, when it is cut, it looks like a bunny. This bread is especially good with ezme, which is like Turkish salsa. We go to eat at the Manti restaurant every week, and the appetizer they provide is ezme and bunny bread. I guess the best comparison for this type of bread is like a loaf of french bread, but not as hard on the outside.
