Atakule

Jenna & I went to Atakule on Tuesday night. This was something that everyone always says you should do, but neither of us had ever had the experience.

Atakule is a tower in Ankara. There is a revolving restaurant, similar to the Seattle Space Needle, at the top of the tower. We had desert at the restaurant, which is 112 meters from the ground (roughly 336 feet). On a side note, our balloon ride went much higher than that!

It was cool to see the neighborhood where we live and all of Ankara for that matter. It is the greenest it has been since I have lived here. We got a lot of rain this spring and it has really brightened up the city.
