If you've been reading my blog for awhile you might remember that I led the Model United Nations club in Turkey. We've started MUN at my new school. Myself and another history teacher took 19 students to Rabat this weekend for their first conference. It was a reduced version of a real conference which lasts for 3 days, while this lasted for a day and a half.
The students did a great job. Bryce and I were both very impressed with their level of debating and public speaking. We received lots of great compliments about how well our students did. I was extremely impressed with them, especially considering that they only had two weeks to prepare for the conference. We're excited to take them to Milan in the spring for a larger conference.
