Apple Orchard

Last Saturday I went to a local orchard for their fall apple festival with Kristina. It was a beautiful day, albeit a little cold. There was singing, food, vendors, and even friends we had not expected to see. We checked out the apples, watched the Ruritans make apple butter, and sampled apple cider. I got a bowl of brunswick stew to warm me up; it was tasty.

I just really enjoyed taking in the atmosphere of it all, with the fall colors and the mountains all around, it just doesn't get much more picturesque than that. Here also is the link to my fall pictures on facebook. http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=3655655&l=f3d719c4ba&id=620259852
