Meet our new roommate, Kamalee! Courtney returned late last night from California, so now our apartment is complete. Kamalee is our new third roommate. (You're still in our hearts Jenni!) Kamalee is from Texas and is the new elementary reading specialist. She is close to my age; there are actually a large number of people in the new group who are in their late twenties and early thirties. Thanks for your prayers; I think Kamalee will be a good fit for our home.
Our apartment has been grand central station the past two weeks. We've had movie nights almost nightly using our awesome new projector. I just hook the projector into the computer and boom, our own little movie theater. As one of the few returnees, I think people have appreciated an apartment that looks more lived in.
