I am heading out on Thursday with three other friends to northern Morocco. We will take a five hour train to Tangier, then take an hour taxi to Ceuta. Ceuta is also known as Sebta in Arabic. Ceuta is a small peninsula in Morocco across from Gibraltar. Ceuta is actually still owned and controlled by Spain; I will have to show my passport to enter Ceuta.
School starts on Monday so this is our last chance to get away for two months. I need a little European culture after three weeks of being back in Morocco during Ramadan. I'm looking forward to being one of the most conservatively dressed and eating all the pork I can get by hands on!
