Henna

On our next to last night of newbie orientation we were treated to henna. I've had henna a few times before, but this was a nice treat. She has been doing henna for six years. It was amazing how fast she was. After mixing up the henna, she used a syringe to apply the henna. About ten of the ladies opted for henna either on their foot or hand.





I chose to have henna on my foot. She actually did an anklet kind of thing, it goes all the way around my ankle. You have to let it dry, then you wipe it off and viola!  Your skin is temporarily dyed brown for about two weeks.
