Our first official snow! Last night I watched "White Christmas" as I wrote Christmas cards. I figured I had to get on the ball since it takes a while for the mail to get from Turkey to the states.
The snow is coming down pretty hard now. Which could be a problem, I'm supposed to go to the post office today to pick up a package. I think the walking around Kizilay this afternoon is out. But it's not sticking to the roads. And it is very pretty.
I've discovered that though it's pretty close in temperature here, there is one big difference. It feels much colder when you have to walk a good distance in the cold weather versus walking from my house to my car! :) But the fresh air does a body good!
